Can my AI assistant read my Apple Notes?

Yes. Once you switch Notes on in Pomeroy, your assistant can list your notes by name and read any one of them in full. Note bodies come back as plain text.

Can my AI assistant change or delete a note?

No. Your assistant can create a new note, and that is the only writing it does. An existing note is never edited, moved, or deleted.

Is it safe to connect an AI assistant to Apple Notes?
